To comply with the Australian Government Department of Health Guidelines on social distancing and for the safety of visitors, staff, and doctors, we have reduced our waiting area capacity and request that you only bring with you those people considered essential to support you at your appointment
A Carer or Translator.
If you are a parent with children, please only bring with you those children who have an appointment and only one parent to attend with the child.
Please DO NOT bring yourself or anyone else to the Practice if you meet the following criteria:
If you or an immediate household member have travelled OVERSEAS OR INTERSTATE in the last three weeks.
If you have been in contact with someone who is suspected of or confirmed as having Coronavirus or awaiting results for a COVID19 test.
If you had COVID19 and are now clear, you must provide a CERTIFICATE OF CLEARANCE issued from Department of Health.
If you are generally unwell from any other infectious condition such as gastro, or general respiratory illness, that is unrelated to your appointment.
Please follow the instructions on the front door of our Practice or by our reception staff when you arrive for your appointment.
Practice staff maintain the right to decline entry of any additional family members to our clinic rooms but they may take a seat in the lounge seating area located in the foyer outside the level 1 elevators.
Murdoch ENT is committed to ensuring safety, hygiene and cleanliness is always practised and we ask that all visitors do the same to ensure the wellbeing of other visitors, staff, and doctors.
You are more than welcome to discuss any concerns you have about this information with the Practice Manager. We apologise for any inconvenience that these restrictions may cause but the team at Murdoch ENT are committed to ensuring all precautions are in place to protect staff, doctors, and all visitors to our practice in these challenging times, your understanding and compliance is appreciated.
